Anger, where does it come from?
Anger was our primitive tool to protect ourselves against wild animals and other tribesmen. It would have been jolly useful at times and no doubt saved ones life. Now in the 21st Century, within our relatively safe environments. It’s a tool we hopefully don’t regularly need to exercise. However, with our increasingly fast pace lives, anxiety is on the rise. This can lead to feeling annoyed, snappy, angry or even enraged at times.
Big or small
We have all – if we are honest here, had a bad day or been on the end of someone having a bad day. Probably all had a bit of road rage, or said something that we later wish we hadn’t. But sometimes it can get a bit out of control. We lose it at the slightest thing, feel the pressure rising. And that last little annoyance was the final straw that broke the camels back.
