The calming effect
These recordings are intended as a gentle extension of my work and a supportive wellbeing resource to dip into whenever you need them. While they can be wonderfully calming and beneficial, they are not designed to replace personalised one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, where support is tailored specifically to you and your individual needs.
