So after a client asking whether “The Wash Away River version 1“, would be ok for her 11-year-old son. I had a good think about it and I thought I’d better do a second version of the track to cater to an older audience.
This version. “The Wash Away River Version 2” doesn’t refer to cuddly toys and takes a more grown-up approach to the same story. With vivid imagery and great soothing music, this track is designed to help wash away worries and concerns. I have used it with 17-year-olds, with a good effect so I can comfortably say it’s ok for teens.
The track helps build confidence, inner strength, and shift the mind to a more positive focus.
This is a perfect time to encourage your children to listen to something calming at night. They, (like all of us) are having to adapt to difficult circumstances, and the more we can help and support our youngsters through this and the more positivity going into their brains at night before bed the better.
So if you have a 10-year old or older teen in the house who may be struggling with feelings of anxiety, or feeling depressed, worried, sad, or lonely, or a child with a lack of self-esteem and confidence issues. This track will help them fall off to sleep at night. Washing away their fears before drifting off into a lovely slumber. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
